Are you not convinced by your purchase? Of course you can EXCHANGE OR RETURN IT (except personalized products)

Spain (Peninsula) and Portugal:
The products purchased on our website have a PERIOD of exchange or return of 15 days from the shipment of the product to destination.

 

TO REQUEST A CHANGE

The product it can be changed for another size or item on this website for an equal or higher amount free of charge. We will deliver the new product or size and at the same time they will pick you up the previous one at no cost. (only a first change is free). In the event that the change is for a lower amount, said amount will be paid in a code to be used in future purchases. If you wish, you can request a refund of the difference, assuming in this case the €5.50 management fee for the collection and new delivery.

To request a change, send us an email to atencionalcliente@maquisandco.com indicating your order number, the item you want to change and the item you want to receive . We will respond to you in 24/48h confirming if the change is possible and the steps to follow.

 

TO REQUEST A RETURN

You can request the return of the product receiving a full refund of the product (not the shipping costs). We will make this refund as soon as the product arrives at our offices and we check its status within a maximum period of 7 days from when we receive it. The return shipping costs of the product will be borne by the client, being able to ask us to collect our courier (€5.50 cost).

You can request the return of the product receiving the refund as soon as the product arrives at our offices. The return shipping costs of the product will be borne by the customer, providing us with the shipping address.
